一甲基三氯硅烷（英文名：Methyltrichlorosilane），又称甲基硅仿，化学式CH3SiCl3，CAS号75-79-6，是一种无色透明液体，具有辛辣气味。其密度为1.3±0.1 g/cm³，熔点-77℃，遇水剧烈反应生成盐酸和白色粉末，受热分解产生氯化氢。
氯甲烷与硅粉在氯化亚铜催化剂存在下一步直接合成,生成甲基氯硅烷混合物,经精馏提纯得产品二甲基二氯硅烷,再用减压精馏的方法分离提纯。
本品可用于生产各种有机硅化合物，是生产防水剂、气相法白炭黑、甲基硅树脂和聚硅氧烷的主要原料。
浩瀚色谱（山东）应用技术开发有限公司，利用10%DC550聚四氟乙烯填充色谱柱进行分离，采用气相色谱归一法法测定高纯一甲基三氯硅烷中的微量杂质的含量。结果表明，该方法分离度、重现性好，准确度高，已经成功应用于精馏分厂高纯 中微量含量的检测，效果良好。
本标准适用于以直接合成法生产的混合甲基氯烷经分馏提纯制得的一甲基三氯硅烷。

Methyltrichlorosilane, also known as methylsilane, with the chemical formula CH3SiCl3 and CAS number 75-79-6, is a colorless and transparent liquid with a spicy odor. Its density is 1.3 ± 0.1 g/cm ³, melting point is -77 ℃, it reacts violently with water to produce hydrochloric acid and white powder, and decomposes upon heating to produce hydrogen chloride.
Chloromethane and silicon powder are directly synthesized in the presence of cuprous chloride catalyst to produce a mixture of methylchlorosilane. The product, dimethyldichlorosilane, is purified by distillation and separated by vacuum distillation.
This product can be used to produce various organic silicon compounds and is the main raw material for producing waterproofing agents, gas-phase white carbon black, methyl silicone resin, and polydimethylsiloxane.
Haohan Chromatography (Shandong) Application Technology Development Co., Ltd. uses a 10% DC550 polytetrafluoroethylene packed chromatography column for separation, and uses gas chromatography normalization method to determine the content of trace impurities in high-purity methyl trichlorosilane. The results show that the method has good separation and reproducibility, high accuracy, and has been successfully applied to the detection of trace amounts in high-purity distillation plants with good results.
This standard is applicable to the production of mono methyltrichlorosilane by distillation purification of mixed methyl chloroalkanes produced by direct synthesis method.
